Unfortunately, we will be unable to process a partial refund for you if you experience altitude sickness.
As per our cancellation policy, if you are already on your trip, all Lodging and Non-Lodging products (Lift Tickets, Equipment Rentals and Transfers) are strictly non-refundable even in the case of an accident, injury, medical or other emergency. This is because when you book your package with us, your Lift Tickets, Equipment Rentals and/or Transfers are instantly confirmed with our partners. As we are unable to obtain a refund from our partners, we will be unable to refund you. While we know this is rigid, this restriction is what allows us to package the products at low prices.
However, if you have Travel Insurance, you may be entitled to insurance reimbursements. If you have purchased Travel Insurance by AIG through SnowPak, we recommend checking the Policy of Insurance for details of your cover. Information on how to submit a claim can be located in the booking confirmation email sent to you by SnowPak and your policy number can be found in the confirmation email sent to you by Travel Guard. If you have booked travel insurance through another third-party vendor, please contact your travel insurance provider directly and submit a claim via the appropriate channel.
