During peak season, you may have to queue to redeem your Lift Tickets at the Ticket Office. To make this process run smoother, please make sure you have your Lift Ticket confirmation numbers ready, along with identification showing full name and date of birth for all guests.
At some resorts there is a separate line for pre-booked Lift Tickets.
If your Lift Tickets are to be delivered to your lodging, they can be picked up upon check-in with valid identification showing full name and date of birth. You will be notified if you are eligible for Lift Ticket delivery in the confirmation email that is sent to you upon booking. If applicable, any special fulfillment instructions regarding Lift Ticket pick-ups will be included in the final confirmation email that is sent to you a week prior to your departure date.
