Lift tickets are generally picked up on the day at the ski resort Lift Ticket Office. The name of the Ticket Office will be specified in a confirmation email sent to you after your booking has been confirmed.
Some ski resorts offer Lift Ticket delivery to your lodging. You will be notified if this is the case in your confirmation email. If applicable, you will be made aware of any specific fulfillment instructions after your booking has been confirmed.
