I could not check out but I still have a charge showing on my credit card statement

If you were unable to check out but have a charge by SnowPak showing on your credit card statement, it may be a pre-authorized payment for your Lift Tickets, Equipment Rental or Transfers. In cases such as this, the charge has not been processed and will be automatically removed from your statement within 48 hours. If you still see a charge from SnowPak within 48 hours, please contact us so we can investigate the issue.
