I already booked my Lift Tickets and Equipment Rentals through SnowPak, but my lesson now includes Lift Tickets and Equipment Rentals, can I get a refund?

If you need to cancel within 24 hours of booking, you will be able to receive a refund for your Lift Tickets or  Equipment Rentals with a $25 change fee.

Unfortunately after 24 hours, we will be unable to process a refund for your Lift Tickets or Rentals. This is outlined in our cancellation policy as stated below:

All lift tickets and equipment rental products are final, and strictly cannot be refunded, even with a fee. Some Ski Resorts include lift tickets in their Ski Lessons. To avoid double booking your lift tickets and/or rentals with your lessons, please check with your Ski Lesson provider or speak to our travel experts prior to booking with SnowPak. Credit will not be given for any unused purchases and cannot be used toward any future purchases. While we know this is rigid, this restriction is what allows us to package the products at low prices.

This policy was accessible on the check-out page prior to booking and it can also be found in the booking confirmation email that was sent to you after your booking had been confirmed.
