Only a few chairlifts were open due to bad weather, can I get a refund for my Lift Ticket?

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide a refund for Lift Tickets on the grounds of limited chairlift availability. However, if the mountain was closed due to bad weather and the ski resort has agreed to refund your Lift Ticket then we will be able to offer you a refund for the day the mountain was closed. If this has happened to you, please contact us so that we can request a refund on your behalf. Please note that this may take up to the end of season to resolve.
