What services do you provide after my booking and during my trip?

After you book with us, you will receive a booking confirmation email where you will be able to find information on where to pick up your Lift Tickets and Equipment Rentals.

Within 24 hours of booking, you will be contacted for flight details if you have transfers. 

As your trip approaches, we will send you a final confirmation email with the instructions and confirmation numbers required to pick up your Non-Lodging products. 

14-21 days prior to your trip, you will receive a Pre-Arrival call to go over the details of your trip and answer any questions that you may have.

24-72 hours prior to your check in date, you will receive a final confirmation SMS with the instructions and confirmation numbers required to pick up your Non-Lodging products.
