I want to change my booking dates. How can I do this?

Lodging changes:

If your Lodging reservation has free cancellation, we suggest you re-book with the correct dates on our site and then contact us to cancel your current lodging. Please make sure to carefully check your cancellation policy first before re-booking.

If your Lodging reservation allows a change with a change fee or penalty, please contact us to make the change. All changes are subject to availability and will incur a fee of eighty-five dollars ($85) to cover costs charged by third-party vendors. The Handling Fee must be received before new documents are issued. This is in addition to any price difference and penalty fees charged by the hotel. If the change request is made within 24 hours of booking, the change will incur a fee of twenty-five dollars ($25) instead of eighty-five dollars ($85) in addition to any price difference and penalty fees charged by the hotel.

Please note that we are unable to make any changes within 7 days of the travel date. 

If your Lodging reservation is non-refundable, unfortunately we are unable to make any change as this is the hotel's policy. 

Lift Ticket, Equipment Rentals and Transfers changes:

Please notify us immediately of any changes that need to be made. All changes are subject to availability and will incur a fee of eighty-five dollars ($85) to cover costs charged by third-party vendors. The Handling Fee must be received before new documents are issued. If the change request is made within 24 hours of booking, the change will incur a fee of twenty-five dollars ($25) instead of eighty-five dollars ($85) in addition to any price difference. 

Please note that we are unable to make any changes within 7 days of the travel date. Please speak to the third-party (ski resort, rental store or transfer company) to make the change. Your third-party will be listed in your Confirmation Numbers email.
