I have booked transfers but my flight is delayed. What can I do?

Please contact the Transfer Company directly and immediately if you are experiencing flight delays. The Transfer Company will also already have your flight details that you have provided us and is kept up-to-date in regards to your flight schedule so they may be able to adjust your pick-up times accordingly. This is the best option as SnowPak will not be able to amend your Transfers in this situation. 

You can find your Transfer company in your final confirmation email that is sent within a week of your departure date.
