Can I still redeem my EPIC Pass at the lift counter if it has already been mailed to my home?

Yes, you can still pick up your Epic Pass from the Ticket Office even if you miss its delivery. If you are skiing at Telluride you will need to go to one of the following two locations to have your pass printed:

1. Telluride Sports Camel's Garden, located at the base of the gondola

Please note, passes printed at Telluride will not be active until the following day. If you are unable to have your pass printed until your first day of skiing, you will need to redeem the first day for a physical lift ticket. Customers who wish to have their Epic pass printed at Telluride should have their release of liability signed and their photo uploaded to their Epic account prior to visiting one of the above locations.

 

Epic Pass products are printed and profile photos can be taken at Vail owned resorts on the day. If you choose this option, Tickets need to be redeemed in person and you'll need proof of identity with a date of birth to collect along with a confirmation number.
