For first time Epic Season or Day Pass holders, your Epic Pass will be mailed to you once you have created your online account, uploaded your profile picture and signed the release waiver. Your pass will be sent as soon as your uploaded photo is accepted, reviewed, and processed.
Please allow a few weeks for this review process and for transit time.
If you have completed the above steps and are yet to receive your Epic Pass, please contact an Epic Season Pass Expert at (970) 754-0005, between 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM (MDT), Mon-Fri.
Alternatively, Epic Pass products can be printed and profile photos can be taken at Vail owned resort on the day. If you choose this option, Tickets need to be redeemed in person and you'll need proof of identity with a date of birth to collect along with a confirmation number. This is not an option for partner ski resorts like Rusutsu, European resorts and Resorts of the Canadian Rockies. Passes for these resorts must be delivered.
