If your Lodging reservation has free cancellation, we would suggest you re-book with the correct dates on our site and then contact us to cancel your current lodging. Please make sure to check your cancellation policy carefully prior to re-booking.
If your Lodging reservation is non-refundable, unfortunately there is nothing we can do to change this due to hotel policy.
If your Lodging reservation has a penalty for changes and you would still like to make the change, please contact us. All changes made through SnowPak will incur an $85 change fee to cover the costs charged to us by our partners in addition to fees or price difference involved in making the change. If the change request is made within 24 hours of booking, the change will incur a fee of twenty-five dollars ($25) instead of eighty-five dollars ($85) in addition to fees or price difference involved in making the change. Note that any changes made directly with the Hotel will not be reflected on your SnowPak Itinerary.
Please note that we are unable to make any changes within 7 days of the travel date. Please contact the Hotel directly if you require changes to be made within this time frame. You can find the Hotel's contact details in your booking confirmation email.
