I'm having issues checking out/paying with my credit card

There are a number of reasons why you can't check out: 

  • Incorrect credit card number, expiry date or security code 
  • Insufficient funds on the credit card 
  • The bank is blocking the payment 
  • The room you selected is booked out and no longer available

You can solve these issues by: 

  • Re-entering your credit card details 
  • Using a different credit card
  • Checking with your bank to ensure no payments are being blocked
  • Recreating your Itinerary with a different room and check out again
  • Recreating your Itinerary and check out again
