There are a number of reasons why you can't check out:
- Incorrect credit card number, expiry date or security code
- Insufficient funds on the credit card
- The bank is blocking the payment
- The room you selected is booked out and no longer available
You can solve these issues by:
- Re-entering your credit card details
- Using a different credit card
- Checking with your bank to ensure no payments are being blocked
- Recreating your Itinerary with a different room and check out again
- Recreating your Itinerary and check out again
