If you have just submitted a booking, please wait a few minutes for the confirmation email to be delivered to your inbox. Please also make sure to check your spam folder in case the confirmation email has been sent there. Remember to also add help@snowpak.com to your contacts to receive future communications regarding your booking from us.

If you still have not received your confirmation email, please contact us using your Itinerary number and we will be able to re-send your confirmation email.
