When do I get a confirmation email?

You will receive your first confirmation email once your booking has been successfully processed by our system. Please note that it may take a few minutes for the email to be delivered to your inbox and also make sure to check your spam folder if you do not see it.

If you have Transfers or Insurance on your booking, we will contact you via email and SMS to request your flight details to arrange Transfers and additional information required for Insurance.  

We will send out an email and text message that contains confirmation numbers and fulfillment instructions for your lodging and non-lodging products.
