If your package includes both Lodging and Products (Lift Tickets, Equipment Rentals and Transfers), you may see two separate Cancellation Policies, one for your Lodging and the other for your Lift Tickets, Equipment Rentals and Transfers.

Lodging:

If your Lodging has a non-refundable Cancellation Policy, it will be strictly non-refundable.

If your Lodging has a free cancellation deadline, you can cancel or make changes to your Lodging free of charge up until that date. After this deadline, there may be a penalty to cancel or your Lodging may be entirely non-refundable depending on the Cancellation Policy.

Products:

All Lift Tickets, Equipment Rental, and Transfer products are final, and strictly cannot be canceled or refunded, even with a fee. Some Ski Resorts include lift tickets in their Ski Lessons. To avoid double booking your lift tickets with your lessons, please check this or speak to our travel experts. Credit will not be given for any unused purchases and cannot be used towards any future purchases. While we know this is rigid, this restriction is what allows us to package the products at low prices.

You may be eligible for a refund depending on the circumstance. All refunds are subject to approval.
