Prior to contacting us, you may want to check your package Cancellation Policy to see if you can make changes free of charge. If your package includes both Lodging and Products (Lift Tickets, Equipment Rentals and Transfers), you may see two separate Cancellation Policies, one for your Lodging and the other for your Lift Tickets, Equipment Rentals and Transfers.
If your Lodging is non-refundable, unfortunately we are unable to make any changes.
If your Lodging has a free cancellation deadline, you can cancel your Lodging free of charge up until that date and rebook with your preferred changes. After this deadline, there may be a penalty to change your lodging depending on the Cancellation Policy.

Lead time required for changes varies by resort and supplier. For changes within 14 days of arrival, please contact us to see if our partners are able to accommodate your request.
