Ski Resort Guest FAQs
- Face Coverings: Face coverings are required on buses and shuttles.
- On Mountain Dining: Like last season, guests at some resorts will be required to book a reservation at indoor on-mountain restaurants.
Hotel and lodging operations are mostly unaffected by COVID-19. However, there may be staffing shortages which impact certain hotel amenities and services. You can find any changes or updates to hotel amenities on our lodging page. US to Canada: Quarantine free travel to Canada is only available to fully vaccinated travelers. All travelers by air, land or water must provide a negative molecular COVID-19 test taken within 72 hours of their flight departure or entry to Canada by land or water. Alternatively, travelers can provide proof of a negative, professionally administered or observed antigen test taken outside of Canada no more than 1 day before your flight or entry to Canada by land or water. There are no exceptions for travelers who are partially or fully vaccinated.
Canada to US: Proof of a negative COVID-19 viral test taken no more than 1 day before your flight into the US is required for guests aged 2+.
