What you need to know:
- Our partners are putting in additional measures in place, including enhanced sanitation protocols, contactless solutions, physical distancing and screenings. As part of these measures, some partners are also limiting capacity such as the number of lift passes sold per day.
- If a ski resort shuts down due to COVID-19 or you are unable to travel due to travel restrictions, here are your options:
Lift Tickets, Equipment Rentals and Transfers: While your Lift Tickets, Equipment Rentals and Transfers are non-refundable, you may be eligible for a refund, partial refund or future travel credit should the ski resort shut due to COVID-19. If this does happen, SnowPak will reach out to you as soon as possible.
Lodging: SnowPak partners with thousands of lodging partners who offer a wide variety of Free Cancellation rooms. Booking one of these rooms will provide you with the best flexibility. Should you need to cancel after the free cancellation period, we can help you contact the lodging partner to see what other options are available. Please note it is ultimately the hotel’s decision whether to refund or not. Every lodging partner has its own policy so be sure to check your cancellation policy prior to booking.
